WHAT IF AN ITEM I'VE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

IS THERE A REQUIRED MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

For all items sold by the yard, the minimum order size is 1 yard.

HOW DO I ADD FABRIC TO MY SHOPPING BAG?

All you need to do is enter the amount of yards you are ordering. Then simply click "add to cart" and continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can view the items in your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the page's top right corner.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, ExpressPay, Mobile Money and Cash.

HOW DO I SET UP A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT WITH NTOMAPA?

CAN I BUY FABRIC AT WHOLESALE RATES FROM NTOMAPA?

Yes, we make considerations for wholesale purchases that are 20 yards or more, depending on fabric type.

DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG OF YOUR FABRICS AND PRODUCTS?

Because our inventory is constantly changing, printing catalogs isn't really a practical option. Our website and social media pages , however, is constantly being updated with new fabrics and other products, so we recommend you check back here often for new arrivals in all categories.

WHAT ARE YOUR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS?

Our online customers service hours are Monday through Sunday 9:00am to 8:00pm

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Most orders in Accra are processed within 24 hours. After being processed below are the shipping timetables:

  • Delivery within Accra 24 hours
  • Deliver outside Accra 2-3 business days
